ORDER TRACKING
My tracking number isn’t working. Most of our orders include a tracking number, which you’ll receive via email within a few days of placing your order. If your tracking number isn’t working, ensure you’ve entered it correctly (copy and paste is best). If the issue persists, contact us at tenderbo.shop@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you.
How do I know if my order has been shipped? Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send a confirmation email to the email address and phone number provided at checkout. The tracking number will usually be available within a few days of dispatch. You can track your order on our Track Order page.
The tracking site says “delivered”, but I haven’t received my package. Occasionally, tracking systems mark a package as delivered when it has only reached your local post office. Please allow a few extra days for delivery. Alternatively, check with your local post office, as they may be holding the package for you.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship worldwide every day. Most destinations are covered.
How long does it take for my order to ship? All items are subject to a handling period before dispatch. Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days after payment. During peak periods, dispatch may take up to 6 business days. We’ll notify you by email once your items are on their way.
How long does shipping take?

My order didn’t arrive on time. What should I do? If your items haven’t arrived within 45 business days of purchase, please contact us at tenderbo.shop@gmail.com, and we’ll investigate the issue.
How is the package delivered? Delivery methods depend on your location and the product ordered. Packages are typically delivered to your home, mailbox, porch, or local post office. If delivery to your home is unsuccessful, the mail carrier may leave a notice for you to collect the package from your local post office.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

AFTER PURCHASE
I entered the wrong shipping address or chose the wrong variant. Can I change it? If you’ve made a mistake, email us at tenderbo.shop@gmail.com as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, we can’t guarantee modifications once the order has entered the shipping process. If the order has already shipped, we won’t be able to cancel or refund it, but we’ll still try to assist you in any way we can.
My package is stuck in customs. What can I do? Customs delays are beyond our control, as customs processes vary by country. If your package is held up, contact your local customs office directly for assistance. Please note that any customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I change my shipping address? If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately after placing your order. Once the order has been processed and dispatched, we may not be able to make changes. To avoid issues, double-check your information before completing your purchase. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels if the address provided was incorrect or outdated.
